By engaging with ShoWay's services — whether through our website (showay.in), WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or any other communication channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
ShoWay is a career branding and profile enhancement service founded and operated by Fathima Khanam. We specialize in ATS resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, GitHub profile enhancement, portfolio website development, LinkedIn content creation, and resume-based interview preparation. Our domain is showay.in and our brand email is support@showay.in.
ShoWay currently offers the following services:
Service scope and pricing are communicated prior to commencement and are subject to change. Custom packages may be arranged via direct discussion.
Upon engagement, clients are required to share their current resume, career goals, and any relevant information via WhatsApp or email. ShoWay will conduct a profile audit and strategy session before commencing work. All deliverables are created specifically for each client — no templates are reused.
The service process typically follows: (1) Resume/document submission, (2) Profile audit, (3) Strategy alignment, (4) Drafting and revision rounds, (5) Final delivery. The number of revision rounds is agreed upon prior to commencement.

Standard turnaround times are communicated at the time of engagement and depend on the service selected, the completeness of information provided, and current workload. Typical timelines range from 2–5 business days per deliverable. Rush options may be available at an additional charge.
ShoWay is not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete information from the client, or by circumstances outside our control (see Force Majeure).
All pricing is communicated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment is required in full (or as per the agreed instalment schedule) before work begins. We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
Prices are subject to change at ShoWay's discretion. However, once a client has paid for a service, the agreed price will not be changed for that engagement.
Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds, communicated prior to payment. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed number may be charged separately.
Revisions are limited to adjustments, corrections, and refinements of the original scope. Requests for entirely new content or significant changes in direction may be treated as a new service or additional charge.
Upon full payment and delivery, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for them (resumes, LinkedIn content, interview kits, portfolio content). ShoWay retains the right to use anonymized examples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
All templates, frameworks, processes, and methodologies used by ShoWay remain the intellectual property of ShoWay and Fathima Khanam. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute ShoWay's proprietary processes or methodologies.
ShoWay provides career branding and profile enhancement services to improve the presentation and discoverability of your professional profile. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, salary increases, or any specific career outcome as a result of our services.
Results depend on many factors outside our control including the job market, employer requirements, client qualifications, and application strategy. Our track record and testimonials represent individual client experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of similar outcomes.
Testimonials shared on our website and social media are based on real client experiences. We do not fabricate reviews. Clients who agree to share feedback understand that their testimonial may be used for marketing purposes. Names may be used with permission; otherwise testimonials are anonymized or use first name only.
ShoWay treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share your career documents, personal details, or communication with any third party without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Clients agree to keep any proprietary ShoWay processes, templates, or strategies shared during the service engagement confidential and not to reproduce or share them with others.
Clients agree not to use ShoWay's services to:
ShoWay reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client engaged in unethical or illegal activities without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShoWay and Fathima Khanam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShoWay, Fathima Khanam, and any affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making a payment. By paying for a service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our refund policy.
All official communication regarding service delivery takes place via WhatsApp (+91 63025 66651), email (support@showay.in), or other agreed channels. ShoWay will not be responsible for missed communications if contact details provided by the client are incorrect or if messages are not responded to in a timely manner.
ShoWay shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, technical outages, power failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and reschedule delivery at the earliest opportunity.
ShoWay reserves the right to terminate an engagement at any time if a client breaches these Terms, engages in abusive, harassing, or unethical behaviour, or requests services that violate our Acceptable Use policy. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered for work not yet commenced, at ShoWay's sole discretion.
Clients may terminate an engagement in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Clients may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without ShoWay's prior written consent. ShoWay may assign its rights and obligations without client consent in the event of a business transfer or restructuring.
Any formal notice or communication under these Terms should be sent to support@showay.in. ShoWay will send notices to the email address or WhatsApp number provided by the client at the time of engagement.
Any failure by ShoWay to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. ShoWay's rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShoWay regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
ShoWay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
