Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At ShoWay, founded by Fathima Khanam, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized career branding services. We invest significant time, skill, and effort into every client engagement. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

By making a payment for any ShoWay service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. If you have questions, please contact us at support@showay.in before purchasing.

2. General Principle

Because our services are customized, time-intensive, and created specifically for each individual client, refunds are limited in scope. All sales are considered final once work has commenced. However, we are committed to fair treatment and will always aim to resolve genuine concerns with care and professionalism.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before ShoWay has commenced any work (i.e., before the profile audit, strategy discussion, or any drafting has begun), you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

To cancel before work begins, please contact us at support@showay.in or via WhatsApp (+91 63025 66651) as soon as possible after payment. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment to qualify for a full refund, provided no work has started.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already commenced (including profile audit, strategy session, or any drafting), the following applies:

• Before first draft delivery: A partial refund of up to 50% of the service fee may be issued, at ShoWay's discretion, based on the proportion of work completed.
• After first draft delivery: No refund will be issued. The first draft delivery constitutes substantial completion of the core service.

In all cases, the portion of work already completed is non-refundable as it represents time and expertise already invested by Fathima Khanam.

5. Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered (all agreed deliverables sent to the client), no refund will be issued regardless of the outcome of subsequent job applications, interviews, or career results. This is because our services relate to career branding and presentation, not employment outcomes (which depend on many external factors we cannot control).

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Consultation fees (if applicable)
• Rush service fees once rush processing has been initiated
• Payment processing or transaction fees
• Any service where the client has already received and approved a final deliverable
• LinkedIn content packs where posts have been delivered in full

7. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, please do not immediately request a refund. Instead, communicate your concerns clearly via WhatsApp or email. ShoWay includes revision rounds with every service specifically to address dissatisfaction and refine deliverables to meet your expectations.

We will always work in good faith to ensure you are happy with the final output. Refunds based on dissatisfaction will only be considered if:

• The deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed scope, and
• You have used all included revision rounds without satisfactory resolution, and
• You have communicated the specific issue in writing

In such cases, a partial refund may be offered at ShoWay's sole discretion.

8. Client Non-Responsiveness

If a client becomes unresponsive during the service process (no reply to messages, feedback, or revision requests for more than 14 days without prior notice), ShoWay reserves the right to consider the service completed with no refund due.

If you need to pause your engagement due to personal circumstances, please inform us in advance and we will accommodate a reasonable pause period.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please:

• Email us at support@showay.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
• Include your full name, the service purchased, payment date, and the reason for your request
• Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp at +91 63025 66651

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 48 business hours.

10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used. ShoWay is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

11. Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage clients to reach out to us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.

Unjustified chargebacks — particularly after service has been delivered — may result in being blocked from future ShoWay services and may be contested with supporting documentation.

12. Changes to This Policy

ShoWay reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
